Preregistration for New and Existing OhioHealth Patients

We want to make it easier for you when you visit us. That’s why we offer preregistration for our services.
Maternity Preregistration
Maternity patients can preregister at the below hospitals up to three months prior to their expected delivery date. Someone may contact you for additional information after your preregistration is complete. We offer preregistration at:
- Doctors Hospital
- Dublin Methodist Hospital
- Grady Memorial Hospital
- Grant Medical Center
- Mansfield Hospital
- Marion General Hospital
- Riverside Methodist Hospital
Existing OhioHealth Patients
If you are an OhioHealth patient, we encourage you to preregister for your hospital stay to avoid extra time and paperwork when you arrive to deliver.
In your MyChart account, select Visits from the main toolbar at the top of the page, click Register for My Delivery and then select your preferred hospital.
New OhioHealth Patients
If you're new to OhioHealth and do not have a MyChart account, please call the number below to preregister at your preferred hospital.
